Silverthorne

The Silverthorne is ranch living at its best, with over 2630 sf of open one level living, an entertainment friendly central patio, and a total of 4 bedrooms including a large Master Suite and a Jr. Suite. This is the floorplan that has been our most popular to date. You can add a 520 sf studio over the garage or even a second story by letting us customize this solar house to your exact needs and look (rustic, urban, country, etc...). IMPORTANT: All Solar Village homes are designed and engineered for maximum energy efficiency and livability. In order to achieve the best performance, changes are not permitted to the building other than approved options supplied by All American Homes. In addition site orientation is critical and the south facing wall (some models floor plans can be mirrored to allow them to work on a variety of lots) must face within + or - 20 degrees of due south to allow the home to be a true passive solar home.
